Returns Policy

We will accept returns for exchange subject to the following conditions: The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning tyres and the cost of posting replacement tyres. Tyres returned for exchange must be received by us within 14 days of the purchase date. Tyres must be returned in new condition. Used goods cannot be exchanged. Tyres which have been fitted to a rim or have been damaged in any way by the purchaser will not be accepted. We do not refund for reasons other than: inability to supply or varified damage in transit. Where a tyre is damaged in transit, the tyre/s must be returned to us within 14 days. We reserve the right to replace the goods or refund the purchase price. All tyres are sent via trackable postage methods at our discretion. Tyres deemed lost in transit (varified by the carrier) will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

 

Postage Policy

Where possible, we will post tyres on the same day, if an order is placed and paid for before 2pm, Monday-Friday. This service is at our discretion. All purchases are posted next business day where same day postage is not possible.

Postage costs are based on the size/weight of the tyre/s and the destination location. Every effort is made to minimise the cost of postage for the purchaser.

All on-line orders are sent via the Australia Post eParcel service and require a signature upon delivery.

 

Christmas 2016 Holiday Period

Our online store remains open throughout the 2016 Christmas holiday period. Please be aware that purchases made after 3pm (AEST) on Friday December 23rd, will not be despatched until we re-open on Tuesday January 3rd 2017.
